Melissa Smalley has been a leader in the Healthcare Industry for 20 years. In the course of her career, she has developed a unique perspective on how senior living teams benefit from leaders who exhibit trust and vulnerability. Melissa has her Masters degree in Exercise Science as well as her MBA in Organizational Leadership, and is currently the Executive Director at a CCRC in St. Marys, Ohio. As a John Maxwell Certified Coach, Speaker and Trainer, she is also actively coaching, training, blogging and podcasting on her Become More platform. Melissa shares her rural Ohio country home with her husband and three boys.

Bethany Clemenson has 20 years of experience in the Senior Living and Healthcare field, first as a Director of Nursing, then as an Executive Director, Regional Director of Business Development and Operations and Corporate Trainer. With a Bachelors degree in Healthcare Administration, she is a dual-certified coach through the John Maxwell Company and TVC Leadership. She is now an active leadership coach, speaker, and the author and host of the Dialed IN! podcast. Bethany lives in northern Wisconsin and is refurbishing a lakeside property with her husband for use as a retreat center.
